New Training Schedule
From the 17th of April 2023, Viking Canoe Polo Club’s Monday night Sessions at Moorways Swimming Pool, Derby got a new and extended schedule.
Beginners: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Improvers: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Advanced: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Our 2023 National League Season
Viking A
In the Canoe Polo National Premier League, Viking A came 7th. Unfortunately, this means that the A team will be playing in the Division 1 League in 2024.
Viking B
In the Canoe Polo National Division 3 North League, our B team placed 3rd, missing out on promotion to Division 2 for 2024.

For another year in a row, over the August Bank Holiday, Viking joined Paddle Peak/Peak PS for a Canoe Polo demonstration & an opportunity for Paddle Peak’s youngsters to try out Canoe Polo!
Explorers try Canoe Polo
At Moorways Swimming Pool, Derby in November, a group of local Explorer Scouts joined a Viking Monday Session to get a taste of what Canoe Polo is all about.
